Do Not Call Requests

The National Do Not Call Registry

TouchTone Communications takes complaints about potential misuse of the National Do Not Call List seriously. TouchTone is not a telemarketing company and does not use telemarketing tactics for the promotion of any of our services.

Add Your Number to the Registry

If you are receiving harassing phone calls from telemarketers, please add your name to the National Do Not Call Registry by visiting donotcall.gov.

The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls. You can register your home or mobile number for free.

Report Unwanted Calls

Once added to the Registry, companies have up to 31 days to update their records and remove your number from their marketing lists.

If you received an unwanted call after your number was on the National Registry for 31 days, report it to the FTC.

Illegal Robocalling

TouchTone supports traceback and anti-robocalling efforts.

TouchTone complies with the cooperative effort to seek out and eliminate illegal robocalling. We agree that any illegal activity in nature cannot be supported and have taken steps to eliminate such activity. TouchTone is dedicated to supporting and participating in the traceback efforts of the US Telecom’s Traceback Group, and has taken an active role in helping to find the organizations responsible for generating the increasing problem of robocalling within the United States.
